At The Golden Tooth Foundation, we believe that no one should have to delay important dental care just because of financial hardship. That’s why we provide financial assistance for individuals 55 and older who need help affording dental treatment from their local, trusted dentist.

Who Qualifies?
You may be eligible if:
You are 55 years of age or older,
You are in financial need and unable to pay for important dental treatment,
You want to receive care from a licensed dentist in your area
Our goal is to help real people—like you—get the care you need, close to home, from professionals you trust.
How Does It Work?
We work through your dentist, not around them. That means you’ll need to speak with your dental provider to see if they’re participating in the Golden Tooth Foundation program or if they’d be willing to enroll.
1. Talk to your dentist and ask them:
“Can you help me apply for assistance through the Golden Tooth Foundation?”
2. If they’re not yet familiar with us, send them this link: www.goldentoothfoundation.com
3. Once your dentist is enrolled, they’ll help submit the necessary information on your behalf.
